Rapidly expanding our global footprint, we are proud to be trusted by leading fintechs, banks, and merchants such as Deutsche Bank and Bolt, and backed by a recent $40M Series B led by Picus Capital. Join our dynamic team to shape global financial infrastructure, make a real impact, and grow your career in a fast-moving environment!

What you'll do

Silverflow processes nearly a billion transactions annually. Our clients rely on our systems, data and reports for critical operations like payment processing, merchant payouts, and compliance & risk management. As our POS Operations Analyst, you play a vital part in ensuring our physical and smart terminal payment environments are reliable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated.

You will be our subject matter expert for point-of-sale integrations, owning L3 terminal certifications, smart POS device testing and post-launch troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data and Engineering teams to turn operational hiccups into automated, permanent solutions. As we scale the platform at an accelerating pace, you will focus on safeguarding transaction approval rates, refining terminal payment flows and continuously improving Silverflow’s PPOS operational efficiency.

To achieve this, your daily focus will involve the following core responsibilities:

  • L3 Terminal Certification: Drive scheme and acquirer Level 3 test script execution (e.g. M-TIP) through to formal sign-off.

  • Mobile & Terminal QA: Test end-to-end payment flows on smart POS devices, verifying payment softwares, integrations, receipt formatting, tipping logic, etc.

  • Production Testing: Develop and execute rigorous test plans and systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of our transaction processing.

  • Lifecycle Operations: Diagnosis post-launch payment app failures, host connections issues, and decline responses to safeguard transaction approval rates.

  • Process Optimization: Don't fix the same problem twice. Proactively analyze current operational workflows, design innovative solutions, and implement automated systems.

  • Structured Documentation: Collaborate across cross-functional teams to write, update, and maintain crisp internal and external documentation to help our platform scale.

Who you are

You are eager to grow your career in a role where you can learn, take initiative, and make an impact. You don't need to be a payments expert yet, but you do need to be a logical thinker who loves solving puzzles and taking full responsibility for your work from start to finish. You’ll be a great fit if you resonate with the following profile:

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM, or an adjacent analytical field.

  • Experience: 0–3 years in Finance, Tech, or Consulting. Experience in a fast-paced, technical startup or scale-up environment is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset: You have a "detective" mindset, enjoy digging into complex problems, and are comfortable using conceptual thinking to solve previously undefined challenges.

  • Action-Oriented: You are hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You are driven to fix operational issues and identify bottlenecks by leveraging multiple analytical tools, collecting cross-team information and fully owning the solution implementation process.

  • Detail & Precision: You are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Growth Mindset: You are curious, open to feedback, and eager to learn the inner workings of the global payments ecosystem.

  • Language: Professional fluency in English.

  • Tech-Savvy: You know how to leverage AI to move faster and get things done. Ideally, you bring basic data skills with SQL, Excel, and/or BI dashboards.
